The primary focus of this role is to receive all telephone inquiries, follow-up requests from the staff, handle complaints and coordinate product or service-related concerns with external vendors
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
  1. Male/Female, between 25-35 years old from any nationality (Arabic speakers are preferred)
  2. Minimum educational qualification is Secondary School
  3. Must have at least one year of experience working for the same post in a related industry
  4. Must be proficient in using MS Office applications, can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  5. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, including late night shifts
